Walks Programme Sunday Longer walks at a faster pace 10-14 miles Also some shorter walks Tuesday Walks at an easier pace (in some cases extra leisurely) Wednesday A choice of walks at a faster pace or an easier pace Thursday Faster pace but shorter, around 8 miles Friday Mixed types, sometimes with a pub lunch at the end Saturday Mixed paces and distances Extra Leisurely Walks Generally the walks will be 7 to 8 Km (In UK Parlance 4 to 5 miles). Commencing time will be 11 am. Whether lunch or a snack should be brought will be indicated. In the interests of the members of the walking party no dogs please. Dogs  It is Group policy that dogs should be kept on a standard lead at all times unless permission to the contrary is expressly given by the walk leader
